The steps to gain mental strength are aimed at building positive images, gaining mental strength and helping you achieve your dreams and desires which may be diverse such as improving your personality, increasing your wealth, attracting love and making yourself attractive.
Follow these steps I found specifically to help anyone new to the power of creative visualization.
The first step: Choose a quiet place, free of any distractions, interruptions, or disturbances. This may be inside the bus or in your own room. The idea is to be able to focus in whatever environment you find suitable. The ideal situation is to be able to focus in any environment you find suitable. But the ideal time I've found is early in the morning or before going to bed. However, the ideal place could be anywhere as long as you can focus.
Step two: feel comfortable. Wear loose clothing or loosen your belt and tie.
Step Three: Be comfortable. Keep your spine straight. Untie your hands. rest! This relieves body tension and helps blood circulation efficiently.
Step 4: Close your eyes. This way you are not interrupted by your physical world and you can focus on your mental world. But avoid putting out your eyes. Close it gently. In fact, once you focus on your images, you may find your eyes close naturally.
Step five: Breathe normally. Let your body roll with the rhythm of your breathing. Listen to this beat.
Step Six: Now start the visualization process. Create main images for your chosen theme. Shape shaping. Add color. Building sound. Feel them! Focus on them. See it as sharply and clearly as possible in your mind's eye.
Step 7: Place yourself in the images you have created. You have to be inside the image so that your subconscious mind knows that the image you see that leads to your goal is actually for you, and not for anyone else.
Step 8: Feel the image you have created. Now that you're in the picture, imagine you're driving
The time you see. Feel the environment. See how different it feels to live the life you've always wanted. Make your photos come alive.

Step Eleven: Create space in your mind to receive what you desire. Tell yourself what you want - such as, “I deserve to be healthy,” “I deserve to be rich and famous.” By doing this, you not only allow your subconscious to support the image, but you will literally achieve your success.
Step Twelve: Feel creative while creating images. I've given you basic guidelines on the following pages for creating images that will help you achieve your goals. You can change it according to your needs. The more images meet your specific needs, the more effective they will be.
These then are the twelve important steps to achieve the power of the mind. Remember, it is better to visualize 2-3 times a day for a shorter period than to visualize for a long period during the day. By doing this, the quality of the visuals stays fresh instead of becoming old and pixelated and draining all your energy.
Steps 1 through 10 may take between 5 and 10 minutes. It is better if you do not prolong it. Instead, repeat it at another time of the day.
When you edit the image after this short exercise, your mind will be freed from the mental power you have activated. But your subconscious mind continues to support the image you saw. This helps your goal and dreams become a reality.
